Monoshija Bakshi is a Staff Audit Consultant at AARC-360, having joined the firm in April 2026. Prior to AARC-360, she spent over four years with EY India, gaining experience in statutory audits, internal controls, and compliance engagements. Based in Atlanta, Georgia, she is committed to delivering high-quality client service.

At AARC-360, Monoshija supports regulatory compliance and assurance engagements across a variety of frameworks including, but not limited to, SSAE 18 (SOC 1, SOC 2, and SOC 3) and HITRUST. She assists engagement teams by reviewing client documentation, evaluating evidence, supporting risk assessments and control testing, preparing workpapers, and participating in client meetings. Through these engagements, Monoshija helps organizations enhance their control environments, strengthen governance and compliance programs and build trust.

Monoshija holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Honors) degree from Christ University and is a Certified Management Accountant (CMA).
