Tom Ripplinger is a Staff Audit Consultant and joined AARC-360 in 2025. He has worked for the last seven years as a Journalist and concurrently as Legal Assistant for five.

This is Tom’s first IT auditing position. He focuses on conducting examinations related to SOC 1, SOC 2 as well as readiness assessments for audit engagements.

Before attending college at Brigham Young University, Tom volunteered for a two-year service mission to Ghana for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. This service taught him valuable skills in communication, planning, and adaptability. 

When he’s not working, Tom enjoys spending time with family, watching sports, and making and eating his favorite foods.
